Digital Success Training Refund Policy
At Digital Success Training, we strive to deliver exceptional value through our bootcamps, digital success collective, 1-to-1 support, and done-for-you solutions. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for all our offerings.
Refunds for Bootcamps
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
Full Refund:
Eligible if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of purchase and no more than 10% of the bootcamp materials have been accessed.
No Refund:
Not available for cancellations made after 48 hours of purchase.
Refunds for Digital Success Collective
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
Full Refund:
Eligible if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of purchase and no meetings have been attended.
No Refund:
Not available for cancellations made after 48 hours of purchase.
Refunds for 1-to-1Â Coaching Sessions
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
Full Refund:
Refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the coaching session.
No Refund:
Refunds are not available for used or missed sessions without prior notice.
Refunds for Done-For-You Services
Done-for-you services include customized solutions such as website creation, logo and brand kit design, social media content planning, etc.
Full Refund:
A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made within 48 hours of purchase and work has not yet started.
Partial Refund:
If work has commenced but is incomplete, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.
No Refunds:
No refunds will be issued once the service has been delivered or if a significant portion of the work has been completed.
Process for Requesting Refunds
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 72 hours.
Special Circumstances
Refunds for bootcamps, coaching services, or done-for-you solutions may be considered under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Digital Success Training. Please reach out to us with specific concerns.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital materials provided as part of any package.
- Completed coaching sessions.
- Delivered components of done-for-you services.
- Missed coaching sessions or deadlines without prior notice.
Rescheduling & Revisions Policy
Coaching Services:
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Done-for-You Services:
Revisions to completed work will be handled per the terms outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.
