Welcome to the Logo and Brand Kit Bootcamp!

By signing up, you're agreeing to the following terms, which help us create a great learning experience for everyone. These terms explain how you can use the materials and what’s expected during the Bootcamp. If you're not comfortable with these terms, it’s best to hold off on enrolling for now.

Access and Use of Materials

• Personal Use Only: All the materials you’ll receive – like videos, worksheets, templates, and more – are for your personal use. You’re welcome to use them to help you learn, but please don’t share, sell, or redistribute them.
• Ongoing Access: Once you're in, you'll have access to the materials as long as the course is being offered. However, we may make changes or discontinue the course in the future if needed.

Live Sessions and Recordings

• Confidentiality: Our live sessions are a valuable part of the Bootcamp, but they aren’t recorded. You can’t record the sessions yourself unless you’ve got written permission, and any recordings provided are for your personal use only.

Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All course materials belong to Regier Educational Resources. You’re welcome to use them for your own learning, but please don’t copy, modify, or share them without permission.

Code of Conduct

• Respectful Participation: We expect everyone to participate with kindness and respect. Any inappropriate behavior like harassment or discrimination will result in immediate removal from the Bootcamp, without a refund.
• No Sharing Logins: Your login is for your personal use only. Sharing your access with others is not allowed without written permission. Thanks for your understanding!

Task Submissions

• Instructor Feedback: We’re happy to provide feedback on your tasks, but we can’t promise specific results like business success or design approval beyond the Bootcamp.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Refund Policy: You can request a refund up until the first live session, as long as you haven’t accessed more than 20% of the course content.
• How to Cancel: If you decide to cancel, just reach out to us at natalie@teachingwithatouchofhoney.com. Cancellations must be made within the refund window to be eligible.

Disclaimers

• Educational Focus: This Bootcamp is meant to teach you logo and branding basics, but we can’t guarantee specific results like improved brand recognition or revenue.
• No Professional Advice: The Bootcamp is for learning, not for providing legal, financial, or business advice. You’re responsible for making sure your designs comply with any relevant laws or guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

• No Liability: Regier Educational Resources won’t be held responsible for any damages or issues that arise from your participation in the Bootcamp, the materials provided, or technical difficulties accessing the course.

Changes to the Terms

We might update these terms from time to time, and we’ll let you know if that happens. By continuing with the Bootcamp, you’re agreeing to any updated terms.

Termination of Access

• Breaking the Rules: If these terms aren’t followed, we may need to terminate your access to the Bootcamp without notice or refund.
• Course Discontinuation: If we ever need to discontinue the Bootcamp before its end date, we’ll notify you and do our best to offer alternatives or refunds.
