By signing up, you're agreeing to the terms that guide your participation in the Bootcamp. These terms are here to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. If anything doesn't sit right with you, we suggest holding off on enrolling until you're fully comfortable.
Access and Use of Materials
- For Your Personal Use: All the materials you'll receive – videos, worksheets, templates, and more – are for your personal use. Feel free to use them for your own learning, but please don’t share, resell, or distribute them to others.
- Ongoing Access: Once you're in, you'll have access to the materials as long as the course is being offered. However, we may make changes or discontinue the course in the future if needed.
Live Sessions and Recordings
- Confidentiality: Our live sessions are an important part of your learning journey, but they aren’t recorded. You’re welcome to join live, but recording them yourself or sharing any course recordings is not allowed unless we give you written permission.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All materials provided are the property of Regier Educational Resources. You're granted a license to use these resources for educational purposes only. Please don’t copy, modify, or share them without permission.
Code of Conduct
- Respectful Engagement: We expect everyone to participate with kindness and professionalism. Any form of harassment or offensive behavior will result in immediate removal from the Bootcamp, without a refund.
- Login Information: Your login is for your personal use only. Sharing your access with others is not allowed without written permission. Thanks for your understanding!
Task Submissions
- Instructor Feedback: While we provide feedback on your tasks and designs, we can’t guarantee specific outcomes, such as increased website traffic or conversions, from your efforts.
Use of the WIX Platform
- Platform Support: We teach you how to use WIX, but if you encounter technical issues with the platform itself, you'll need to reach out to WIX support for assistance.
- Your Website, Your Responsibility: You're in charge of the content and design of the website you create. We'll guide you, but it’s up to you to ensure it meets any legal and platform standards.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Refund Policy: You can request a refund up until the first live session, as long as you haven’t accessed more than 20% of the course content.
- How to Cancel: If you need to cancel, just email us at [email protected]. Cancellations must be made within the refund window to be eligible.
Disclaimers
- For Learning Purposes: This Bootcamp is designed to teach you how to build a website on Wix, but we can’t promise specific business results, like increased traffic or revenue.
- No Legal or Business Advice: We're here to teach, not to provide legal or business advice. You are responsible for ensuring your website complies with any local laws and platform guidelines.
Limitation of Liability
- No Liability: Regier Educational Resources won’t be responsible for any damages that may come from your participation in the Bootcamp or from using the materials provided.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and we'll let you know if any changes occur. By continuing with the Bootcamp, you're agreeing to the updated terms.
Termination of Access
- Breaking the Rules: If these terms are violated, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Bootcamp without notice or refund.
- Course Discontinuation: If we ever need to discontinue the Bootcamp before its end date, we’ll notify you and do our best to offer alternatives or refunds.
